About Us:
Opal Personnel is currently working with a lovely veterinary clinic based in Bedford who are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their large and supportive team. This is a permanent position with flexibility in both working hours and responsibilities, designed to suit the right candidate’s experience, interests, and ambitions.
About the Role:
They are seeking a vet with at least 4–5 years of clinical experience, ideally gained within the UK. You’ll need to be confident in 1st opinion consulting and routine soft tissue surgery. Experience in emergency surgery would be an advantage, though not essential.
Rota Options:
- Assistant Veterinary Surgeon – Rota includes 1 in 4 Friday in-patient covers and Saturday consulting
- Senior Veterinary Surgeon – Rota includes supporting the on-call vet one night per week and 1 in 5 weekends
Salary: £45000 – £80000 ( depending on experience )
